Pain in the Neck

Building the neck was actually quite easy. I used a paper measuring tape that my kids got from some department store we went to. I measured the bottom of the head, and top of the body. I took the measurements, divided it by 4, then cut out 4 trapezoids. The side pieces were stretched to give the rounded look.
